Architecture Manager - Lahore


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within the company, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and architectural technicians
- Develop project plans and timelines for all architectural projects
- Oversee design development, construction documents, and construction administration phases
- Review and approve all project deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Conduct quality control checks on all deliverables before final submission
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management roles with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, construction processes, and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams as well as external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
