We are searching for a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical strength and the ability to work at heights, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You will also need to have basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on installed panels
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with panels or related equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights
- Keep accurate records of installations and maintenance work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and technical drawings/manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
