Pastry Chef at a Luxury Hotel in the Faroe Islands
We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel located in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts, pastries, and breads for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop unique and innovative pastry recipes that reflect the local flavors of the Faroe Islands
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to menu specifications
- Ensure all pastry products are of high quality and visually appealing to guests
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain stock levels
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and passion for creating visually appealing desserts with unique flavors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Salary: $1500 per month. Negotiable based on experience.
City: Faroe Islands (relocation assistance available)
