Rental Property Manager



As a Rental Property Manager for our company in Split, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our rental properties. This includes managing tenant relations, ensuring timely rent collection, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and marketing available units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the leasing process from advertising available units to screening potential tenants
- Collect rent payments and ensure all financial records are accurately maintained
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or issues in a timely manner
- Handle all tenant communications and resolve any concerns or complaints
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and safety standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current ones
- Manage property budgets, expenses, and reporting to ensure profitability
- Stay updated on local rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in property management or real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international tenants
- Knowledge of Croatian rental market
- Fluency in English language

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
