Administrative Assistant for Indian Community in Izhevsk
Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for supporting others? Our organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to our Indian community and help us achieve our goals of promoting cultural exchange and providing resources to the Indian expat population.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, maintaining records, and organizing meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and managing RSVPs
- Create and distribute promotional materials for events and activities
- Act as a liaison between our organization and local businesses, government agencies, and other organizations
- Support the Indian community by providing information on local resources, cultural events, and opportunities for networking
- Help maintain our organization's social media presence by creating posts and engaging with followers
Requirements:
- Indian nationality or strong understanding of Indian culture preferred
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month. We also offer opportunities for professional development through training programs and workshops.
