Online Consultant - Virtual Student Support

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Online Consultant to join our team and provide virtual support to students. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting students with their academic and technical needs through online platforms. This is a remote position that offers flexible hours, making it ideal for students looking to gain experience while earning extra income.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to students regarding course materials, assignments, and technical issues
- Assist with registration and enrollment processes for new students
- Monitor online student activity and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to students
- Keep up-to-date on the latest tools and resources available for online student support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Previous experience in customer service or academic support preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Skype
- Familiarity with educational platforms such as Canvas or Blackboard is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the United States.
