Junior Moderator


We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior Moderator to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Junior Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online communities and forums to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all users. Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Engage with users by initiating discussions, responding to comments, and providing relevant content
- Identify trends and report any potential issues or concerns to the Senior Moderator
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with online community management or moderation is a plus but not required
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Herning, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
