Junior Network and Systems Administrator


We are searching for a Junior Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of our company's network and computer systems. This role requires a strong understanding of networking principles, as well as experience with system administration tasks such as installing and configuring software, managing user accounts, and monitoring system performance.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
- Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the company's computer systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and security patches
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new network solutions
- Ensure proper documentation of network configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of system administration tasks on Windows or Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English

This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in network administration.
