As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area
- Ensure all guest needs are met by working closely with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance
- Keep track of guest feedback and report any issues to the management team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in Denmark (visa sponsorship may be available)
