Concierge Assistant


We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Kolding. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position does not require any previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other venues as requested
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for guests
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be legally eligible to work in Denmark without visa sponsorship
- Preference will be given to male candidates
