We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include using loaders to transport materials, inspecting equipment for potential issues, and maintaining a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience operating loaders and possess excellent hand-eye coordination. You must also have a strong understanding of safety procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to transport materials on construction sites
- Inspect equipment for any potential issues and report them immediately
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of inventory levels and replenish materials as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as necessary
- Follow all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating loaders in a construction setting
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to operate machinery with precision
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them at all times
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
