Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania (English Speaking)


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an English speaking role and we welcome applications from both foreigners and local applicants who are fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure cohesive strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to upper management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and achieve targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to lead a team, provide training, and motivate employees towards achieving targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities is preferred
