Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land and other natural features using specialized equipment and technology. You will also be responsible for interpreting data, creating reports, and working closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in land surveying, strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Collect data on land features including boundaries, topography, structures, and utilities
- Analyze collected data using specialized software and prepare detailed reports
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Calculate measurements and verify accuracy of survey data
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship.
