Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ajman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the office. This is a contract position suitable for Kenyan nationals with an own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails and redirect them appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage petty cash
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, administrative assistant or similar role
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Kenyan nationality preferred with own visa in UAE
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
