Full-Time Gardener in Os, Norway


We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in the beautiful city of Os, Norway. As a Full-Time Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, weeding, and pruning
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to the client's preferences
- Keep the garden clean and organized by removing debris and fallen leaves
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases that may require treatment
- Install irrigation systems and outdoor lighting as needed
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Good knowledge of plants, flowers, and trees commonly found in Norway
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and shears
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow gardening plans accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Horticulture or related field
- Experience working with organic gardening methods
- Knowledge of sustainable gardening practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
