Commercial Architect

We are a leading architecture firm based in Roskilde, seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. Your creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills will be crucial in delivering successful projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
