Excavator Operator


As an Excavator Operator in Kolding, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. You will work on various construction projects, such as road building, land development, and pipeline installation. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load trucks, and move material
- Inspect equipment for safety and maintenance purposes
- Communicate with ground workers and other operators to coordinate tasks
- Follow project plans and blueprints to determine digging locations
- Ensure proper depth and slope of trenches according to specifications
- Backfill and compact excavated areas using bulldozers or compactors
- Monitor fuel levels and perform minor repairs as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience operating excavators or similar heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The work schedule may vary depending on project needs. As an Excavator Operator, you will spend most of your time outdoors in various weather conditions. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
