We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to determine project requirements and budget constraints
- Develop preliminary designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are being accurately implemented
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of buildings
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry trends
- Excellent design skills using AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Salary: 1600$ per month
