DevOps Developer - Ashdod, Israel



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our company's software development infrastructure and processes. This is a contract job that requires no previous experience and does not offer accommodation. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but candidates with an existing work visa for Israel will be given priority. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement automated software build, deployment, and release processes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of software products
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments
- Manage source code repositories and version control systems
- Monitor system health and performance to proactively identify areas for improvement
- Continuously improve the DevOps infrastructure through implementation of new technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps role
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible or Chef
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
