Hotel Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Utena, Lithuania. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Plan and attend sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor competition and make necessary adjustments to stay competitive in the market
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance
- Train and manage sales staff to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
