Preservation Architect


We are seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$. The ideal candidate will have experience in preservation architecture and must be able to work with tight deadlines. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed surveys and assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and proposals based on research and analysis
- Collaborate with engineers, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure preservation projects are carried out effectively
- Oversee restoration projects, ensuring historical accuracy and adherence to preservation standards
- Prepare reports on preservation projects, including progress updates, budget tracking, and recommendations for future maintenance or restoration work
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in preservation techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to historic preservation
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis on historic buildings and structures
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain historical accuracy in restoration work
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
