Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine and establish property boundaries, as well as prepare maps and reports for construction projects. You will utilize specialized equipment and software to collect data and analyze information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations. This is a full-time position in Vejle, suitable for experienced professionals seeking visa sponsorship. This role requires physical stamina and may be more suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment, such as GPS systems, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to determine project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by verifying measurements and calculations
- Adhere to legal regulations and obtain necessary permits for surveying activities
- Maintain survey equipment in good condition and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Keep accurate records of surveys, including notes, sketches, photos, and other documentation
- Communicate findings to clients or project managers in a clear and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Familiarity with land surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other surveying software
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent math skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver's license is preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle (visa sponsorship available)
