- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members

- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding project updates and any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project coordination
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes and implement necessary changes
- Foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
