Team Lead - Contract Position in Ufa, Russia



We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a contract position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Set clear project goals and objectives for the team
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are an asset)

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
