Architectural Designer (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a renowned architectural firm based in Ashdod, seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for designs.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring designs to life.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and materials in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
