A reputable company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our network and computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation and efficient performance. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve network outages
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and file sharing
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to plan for future network upgrades or expansions
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improving network efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN configurations
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing, and storage systems (e.g. VMware)
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
