Experienced Barista in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are a busy cafe in the heart of Vilnius, seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary starting at 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Make and serve various coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and equipment
- Take and process orders accurately using our POS system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a high-volume cafe or restaurant
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends
