As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent online support and guidance to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as emails, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to clients' inquiries and concerns
- Offer product recommendations and solutions based on clients' needs
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. However, due to the nature of the job, it can be done remotely from anywhere in the world.
