Online Consultant (Remote)


We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients through various online channels such as live chat, email, and phone. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. This is a remote position, so the ability to work independently and efficiently is crucial.

As this role involves interacting with customers from English-speaking countries, fluency in English is a must. Candidates with Canadian nationality or living in Kaunas, Lithuania are preferred but not required.

This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1600. We also provide accommodation for candidates who require it and can assist with obtaining a work visa if needed.
