Facade Technician
Location: Shan, Malaysia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Shan. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of building facades. This includes but is not limited to glass, aluminum panels, and other materials used in the construction of exterior building surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facade systems and possess technical expertise in facade installation techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing facades
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with facades
- Coordinate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation techniques are followed
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for facade installation
- Oversee the work of junior technicians

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical certification or training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or related field
- Strong understanding of different facade systems and their components
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in facade installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $1700 per month
