Facade Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Shan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and constructing building facades, with a strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and safety standards. The Facade Specialist will be responsible for creating innovative designs that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of buildings, while also ensuring structural integrity and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing buildings and gather information for design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade systems using specialized software
- Select appropriate materials based on performance, cost, and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the installation process to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
- Conduct tests on materials to determine strength, durability, and energy efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience in facade design/construction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design/construction
- Strong knowledge of materials used in facades such as glass, metal panels, stone, etc.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan, Philippines (visa sponsorship available)
