Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Esbjerg. This part-time position offers a salary of 1700$, with free visa and ticket provided. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network and systems. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring networks, and providing technical support to employees.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and hardware components
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Create documentation for network configurations and procedures
