Architectural Technologist



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Triesen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project design
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and budgets
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design and drafting
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
