Senior Software Developer


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Esbjerg. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be involved in mentoring and leading junior developers, implementing best practices and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead others
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to client requirements
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed by the team
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of different software components
- Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, training, and support when needed
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our development process
- Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
