Head Chef

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic team in Ajman. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You should have a strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create new menu items and develop recipes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Control food costs by managing inventory and minimizing waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of different cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Must be fluent in English.
