We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, inventory, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and other staff members
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health codes
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance through daily sales reports and make adjustments as needed to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop menus that are both appealing to customers and profitable for the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to food service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail for high-quality service delivery
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. We also provide a free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates.
