Industrial Architect


We are in search of an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Faro. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed designs and plans for industrial buildings and facilities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Ensure all designs meet safety and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preference:
We prefer candidates who have experience working on industrial projects in Faro or the surrounding area. Candidates who already have accommodation arrangements in place will be given preference. However, we are open to considering candidates who require assistance in obtaining their own visa.
