Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, managing all aspects of our restaurant operations. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve overall performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and terms
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all staff members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance overall performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous positions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and employees from diverse backgrounds.
