Collections Specialist

We are hiring a Collections Specialist for our company in Dubrovnik. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on outstanding debts from clients. This includes communicating with clients to resolve payment issues, creating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Previous experience in collections or a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply, as we can provide visa sponsorship if needed. Basic English proficiency is required for this role.
