Architecture Manager - Eschen, Egypt/Kenya


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen, Egypt/Kenya. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support
- Create detailed project plans and timelines
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the selection of materials, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on time
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Eschen but may require occasional travel to project sites in Egypt/Kenya.

Preference:
This position is open to candidates from Egypt/Kenya. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Accommodation:
