Land Surveyor

A leading construction company in Balzers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately determining and recording the physical features of land and measuring and mapping its contours. You will also be involved in planning and designing land development projects, providing technical support to engineering teams, and conducting surveys for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Recording measurements and data accurately
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Preparing detailed plans for land development projects
- Providing technical support to engineers and other team members
- Ensuring that all survey work is completed within project deadlines
- Collaborating with contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in land development projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various professionals
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage
