Part-Time Architectural Designer (Porto, Portugal)


We are seeking a talented and passionate Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto, Portugal on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects while adhering to client specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on their feedback
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal

Salary:
1200$ per month
