Junior Architectural Designer
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and architects to assist in the design, development, and implementation of various architectural projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts and plans
- Assist in creating detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and research to gather information for project development
- Prepare presentations and visual aids to effectively communicate design ideas to clients
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design decisions
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas visually
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal.
Preference:
This position is suitable for both men and women. While experience is preferred, we are also open to hiring fresh graduates who possess the required skills and qualities.
