Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include safely operating loaders to move materials, following loading and unloading instructions, conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship. We are urgently seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in the United States.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders on construction sites
- Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move materials on construction sites
- Follow loading and unloading instructions from supervisors or foremen
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Maintain a clean work area by removing debris and ensuring all equipment is properly stored at the end of each shift
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and truck drivers to ensure smooth loading operations
