We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various architectural projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish, including conceptualization, design, planning, budgeting, and construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate project plans to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress.
- Review and approve construction plans and materials to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Supervise junior architects and provide guidance on design principles, techniques, and processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, codes, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, techniques, software (AutoCAD/Revit), codes/regulations (building permits), sustainability practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budgetary constraints.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients/stakeholders.

Working Conditions:
