We are a fast-growing software development company based in Ufa, Russia, and we are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our team. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the user-facing features of our web applications. This includes designing and implementing user interfaces, collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly experiences, and optimizing performance for maximum speed and scalability. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with our international clients.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly experiences
- Writing efficient code for front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Troubleshooting issues with existing code and implementing fixes
- Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React or Angular)
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive design techniques
- Familiarity with browser testing tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
