Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our Cruise Line team as a Customer Service Representative in Ar-Ruwais. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their cruise experience. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling reservations and payments.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Urdu or Tagalog preferred)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and reservation software
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
