A leading retail company in El-Ain, Kenya is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the appearance of our store
- Create eye-catching displays and product arrangements that promote sales
- Ensure that all products are displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and buying patterns
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering products when needed
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor strategies
- Train and supervise junior merchandisers on visual merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing displays
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using relevant software for designing displays
