Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in on tables regularly
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Clean and set up tables for new customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1200 per month

City: Al Buraymi

Preference: Indian/Malayalee candidates preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. English speaking candidates preferred. Part-time positions available for those without experience or accommodation.
