Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Work with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, health and safety regulations, etc.
- Manage project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of successfully completing industrial projects on time and within budget

Salary: 1100$

Location: Vianden (open to candidates from all countries)
